Come watch Internationally recognized watercolorist, Paul Jackson, create a quick, dramatic landscape with luminous color and stunning darks. By attending this demonstration you will learn Paul's shortcuts for flawless realism under pressure. Typically Jackson works in a slow, calculated fashion to achieve his award-winning watercolors, but he also enjoys the challenge of creating a masterpiece as a race against the clock. His studio paintings can take months to complete, but for this demo he will amp up his process for a whirlwind of liquid drama.
The artist welcomes questions while he works and will explain every step of the process as it happens. Paul Jackson will be showing participants the brilliant capabilities of Daniel Smith watercolor paints which are manufactured on-site in Seattle.
