Beginning Sewing - Bag

The Bag Class offers beginning sewers a chance to get acquainted with basic fabric cutting and measuring skills, basic machine use, stitching, hemming and seam finishing among other techniques. In the class you’ll make a cool shopping bag with a pocket and handles from 1 yard of medium to heavy weight fabric. This is a beginning class for people with no prior sewing experience. Two 2 ½ - hour sessions. Fee: $50 We require pre-registration for all of our classes. To register; you can stop by the store or give us a call at 206-709-0707 with your credit card information. Classes fill up fast and are first come, first serve. Fourteen days notice is required to reschedule or cancel any class for a refund.
