My name in Yingzi. I am a Seattle Native. I have been sewing, crocheting and knitting since I was 7 year old, al of which I learned from my very talented mother. I am currently taking some time to explore my more creative side - deisigning and making accessories that are inspired by my everyday life.

I am a waterproof shower art maker (my husband and I invented it -- waterproof art that you can hang in your shower -- or where ever you want. We're no dictators), stand-up comedian and blogger who is currently obsessed with German board games, Bikram yoga and embroidery.

I've been dabbling in needle arts since I was 10 ...taught the old fashioned way (by my grandmother) Now it's more business ...but still much pleasure. My best work comes when I'm plopped on the sofa!
